How we work with suppliers
The platform does not resell goods. You are the seller: we bring buyers, accept payment and pass on the order; you ship it and receive a weekly payout.
Who is responsible for what
- You are the seller
- You are named as the seller on the product page and fiscal receipt.
- You set prices, pack sizes, availability and minimum orders.
- You confirm the order and ship using your carrier.
- You are responsible for the goods and their documentation.

- Catalogue, product pages and your brand page.
- Advertising and attracting buyers.
- Accepting payments: SBP, card and invoices for businesses.
- Buyer emails and statuses, weekly payouts.
Order flow
- Payment
The buyer places and pays for the order. Unpaid orders are not passed to you and are cancelled after 48 hours.
- The order reaches you
Paid orders arrive in your account and by email.
- Confirmation
You confirm availability and timing or mark the item as out of stock.
- Shipment
Ship the goods and enter the tracking number; the buyer sees it in their account.
Money
- Your price
- Set it in your account for every pack size, already including delivery to the buyer.
- Catalogue price
- Your price plus the platform's remuneration. The buyer pays this price.
- Payout
- Once a week: your price × quantity for paid orders. Amounts are visible in your account.
- Listing
- Free: no fee for product pages, the brand page or uploading products.
Example with illustrative figures. Your canister price is 3 000 ₽. The catalogue shows 3 000 ₽ plus the platform's remuneration. The buyer pays the catalogue price; you receive 3 000 ₽ in the weekly payout.

Frequently asked questions
Who is responsible for delivery?
You are, using your own carrier. Delivery cost is included in your price; the buyer does not pay it separately.
When does the money arrive?
Once a week, for paid orders. A report for each order is available under “Payouts”.
How much does the platform charge?
The remuneration is the difference between the catalogue price and your price. Its amount is fixed in the contract.
Can I buy a higher position in the catalogue?
No. A formula determines the order using product-page completeness, availability and demand. Top positions rotate.
Is there a minimum order?
If needed, you set it yourself: a minimum amount for the brand and a minimum quantity for each item. The cart will not allow a smaller order.
