In short: GEIZER manufactures self-service car wash equipment and runs a network of such washes; it has been working since 2015. The BRIZ production site is in Barnaul, and the network counts 199 car washes and more than 400 bays in 69 cities of Russia, Kazakhstan and Vietnam. There are two ways in: buy the equipment straight from the plant — a station costs from 430,000 ₽ per bay — or open a wash under the franchise, where the lump-sum fee is 0 ₽, the royalty is 5% of the revenue of a wash that is already running, and a bay with delivery, installation and commissioning costs from 450,000 ₽.

How much does it cost to join the franchise?
The lump-sum franchise fee — 0 ₽. Getting started — from 450,000 ₽ for one bay: equipment and launch. Site preparation, utilities and rent are counted separately — they depend on the site. Royalty — 5%. We put the quote together for your site: the number of bays, the city, the condition of the plot.

How is the payback period calculated?
This is a calculation from our financial model at a given bay load. The actual result depends on the location, the traffic and the prices in the city — that is why we calculate the model for a specific site instead of showing average figures.
How long does it take from the contract to the opening?
On our projects — about 4 months. That includes design and approvals, site preparation, delivery and installation of the equipment, commissioning and launch.
What kind of plot will work?
For the wash itself — from 39 m², plus about 30 m² for parking and a utility room from 4 m². Utilities: 380 V at 7–12 kW, water from 14 L/min, a septic tank from 6 m³. Send us photos and the address — we'll tell you whether the site is suitable.
Who repairs the equipment and answers questions?
The partner hotline works in three tiers: the first closes 70–80% of questions, then engineers step in with site visits, and behind them an accountant and a developer. Calls from your customers are taken by our 24/7 call center — you don't need operators of your own.
Can I buy the equipment only, without the franchise?
Yes. BRIZ stations are sold separately — you open the car wash under your own brand, and we match the configuration to your site. See the equipment.
