The basic package for one bay is 430,000 ₽: the high-pressure pump group, chemical dosing, the power cabinet and the touchscreen panel. A real example: a bay with three popular functions (vacuum with console, heated water, reverse osmosis) comes to 520,344 ₽, and with supervised installation for one bay 550,344 ₽. The exact figure for your site is calculated by an engineer, who sends a written quotation.

The mandatory minimum is the station: the high-pressure pump group, the chemical dosing system, the power cabinet with the electronics, the vehicle detection system and the touchscreen panel the customer uses. That is enough for water, foam, wax and air drying. Beyond that the set depends on climate and competition: cold regions take heated water and a turbo dryer, and where speed matters — a vacuum and reverse osmosis.

Turnkey for us means the equipment plus supervised installation: an engineer on site, connection, commissioning and staff training. The price of supervised installation depends on the number of bays — we quote it on a call. Construction is not included: the site itself, the canopy, water and electricity connections, drainage and effluent treatment are done by a contractor on site, and we say so up front.

We do not arrange instalments or credit — that is a matter for a bank or a leasing company. But you do not have to pay the whole sum at once: payment is staged as the order progresses. In two parts: 70% up front and 30% after notification that the equipment is ready for shipment. In three parts: 20% at the start of production, 50% during manufacture and 30% once it is ready for shipment. The final payment is made before shipment. With full prepayment the "Windscreen washer fluid" function is included as a gift.

Count the cost of ownership, not the purchase price. The key unit is the pump, and it has a service life: on a used station you do not know how many hours it has already run. There is also no warranty — a new BRIZ station carries 12 months. And spare parts for used equipment have to be hunted down through classified ads while the bay stands idle. If the issue is money, it is more honest to stage the payments for new equipment than to economise on the unit your revenue depends on.

Yes, BRIZ stations are designed to operate from −35 to +35 °C — not a laboratory figure but the conditions at network sites in Siberia, the Urals and the Khanty-Mansi region. For cold regions, heated water and heating of the technical area are added to the configuration.

The factory is our own, in Barnaul, so spare parts and service come straight from it with no middleman: high-pressure hoses, consoles, holders, bumpers. The same standard covers more than 400 bays in 69 cities.

There is no limit on the number of bays — the configurator calculates the package for whatever number you need, and supervised installation covers one, two or three bays per visit. On larger sites some equipment (compressor, video surveillance) is shared between several bays, which reduces the cost of each additional one.

We ship across Russia, to Kazakhstan and to Vietnam. The factory is in Barnaul — both stations and spare parts come from there, so distance affects delivery times and cost but not the availability of service: supervised installation is done on site, the engineer travels to you.
