BRIZ equipment: what to know before you buy

The stations GEIZER's own network runs on — over 400 bays across Russia, Kazakhstan and Vietnam. We break down what's in the kit, how it's assembled for a site, and what it costs.

The manufacturer washes on its own equipment

BRIZ is equipment manufactured by GEIZER. The key point: the company's own network of car washes runs on it — not just customer sites. 199 car washes and over 400 bays in 69 cities across three countries.

The difference is fundamental. A manufacturer that operates its own stations learns about weak points before customers do — on its own revenue. That changes the approach to improvements: they're made not when complaints pile up, but the moment a problem is spotted in-house.

Equipment proven by our own network

400+ bays run on these same stations — including sites where winter temperatures reach −35 °C.

What's included in the station

The base kit covers a turnkey wash: pressurized water supply, foam, wax, rinsing. From there the set expands to fit the task — from heating and heated flooring to extra programs and a vacuum.

Control panel

A 24-inch touchscreen with tempered glass and moisture protection. It works in freezing temperatures — that's not an option, it's a baseline requirement for sites in Siberia and the Urals. Card and cash payment, clear program switching: the customer shouldn't have to figure out what to press.

Pump unit

Built for commercial load and round-the-clock operation. This is the main reason the station costs more than consumer-grade solutions — and the main reason it doesn't break down within six months.

Configured for the site, not "one size fits all"

A wash on a highway, in a residential courtyard and in an industrial zone all operate differently. Different traffic, different levels of dirt, different customer expectations. That's why the station is assembled from the functions that are actually needed, rather than sold as one fixed set.

The practical upshot is simple: you don't pay for options you won't need. A wash in a warm region doesn't need the same heating as a site in Novy Urengoy — and, conversely, you can't cut corners on it in the Khanty-Mansi region.

Service and spare parts

Spare parts ship directly from the factory, bypassing the supplier chain. A 12-month warranty, followed by post-warranty service.

For regional sites this is often the deciding factor. What matters isn't that a breakdown happened — that happens to any equipment. What matters is how long the site sits idle waiting for a part: a day, or three weeks.

When BRIZ fits, and when it doesn't

The equipment is built for commercial load and round-the-clock operation. That's its strength — and, at the same time, its price constraint.

If the goal is a one-off site with minimal traffic, no plans to grow, and expectations of seasonal-only work, it's fairer to say so directly: that margin of durability will go unused, and the extra cost won't pay off. BRIZ makes sense where a car wash operates as a business, not as an experiment.

The equipment pays for itself through load

The higher the traffic and the longer the planning horizon, the more the difference from cheap solutions stands out.

How to see it in person

The best way to evaluate the equipment is to visit a working network car wash and wash your own car. An operating site shows more than any presentation: pressure, foam quality, terminal speed, interface convenience.

The network operates in Barnaul, Novosibirsk, Novokuznetsk, Krasnoyarsk, Kemerovo, Biysk, Surgut, Kogalym and other cities — there's likely a site near you too.
