1. General provisions
The Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and applies to all personal data that GEIZER.PRO LLC (hereinafter — the "Operator") receives from visitors to the geizer.pro website through feedback forms, requests for calculation of an equipment configuration, the configurator and other contact collection forms.
By submitting any form on the website, the user confirms that they have read the terms of this Policy and gives consent to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out below.

3. What data is processed
Depending on the specific form, the Operator may receive: name, telephone number, email address, city, and also the information that the user adds in the free message or comment field. The Operator does not request special categories of personal data (concerning health, religion, etc.) through the website forms.
In addition, technical parameters of the enquiry are recorded automatically: the address of the page from which the form was submitted, the referrer link, and also the referral parameters (UTM tags, identifiers of advertising campaigns of Yandex.Direct and other systems), if they were present in the link used to access the website. This data is used to assess the effectiveness of advertising channels and does not on its own allow a person to be identified without being matched against the form data.
4. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed for: feedback on the request submitted, calculation and preparation of a commercial offer for the equipment configuration, consultations on GEIZER/BRIZ products and franchise, informing about promotions and new materials (subject to separate consent), and also for internal analytics of the effectiveness of the website and advertising campaigns.
5. Legal basis for processing
Processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the data subject, expressed by submitting a completed form with the consent mark placed (Clause 1, Part 1, Article 6 of 152-FZ).
6. Transfer to third parties
The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, or cases where technical contractors are engaged to ensure the operation of the website and the receipt of requests (hosting, CRM system, analytics and communication services), which are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the data received and to use it solely for the provision of the corresponding services to the Operator.
7. Storage periods
Personal data is stored no longer than the period necessary for the purposes of its processing specified in Section 4, or until the moment the consent is withdrawn by the data subject, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right at any time to request information from the Operator about the processing of their data, to demand its clarification, blocking or destruction, and also to withdraw consent to processing, by sending a written enquiry to the email address info@geizer.pro or by calling 8 800 600-54-37.
9. Protection measures
The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, and also against other unlawful actions of third parties.
10. Changes to the Policy
The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version is always available at geizer.pro/geizer-privacy/.
